Does Your Home Fit Our Buyers’ Needs?

Our list of well-qualified, motivated buyers proves it’s a great time to sell.

We’re one month into 2021 and things have certainly been interesting. Our market is hot, but low inventory woes continue, so today I’m trying to shake the branches for some of our buyers in the hope that we can identify some more options for them. If you or someone you know is considering a 2021 home sale, now is the time to take advantage of the market; we have a list of eager buyers who would love to see even one or two more properly priced homes in good condition become available for purchase. I’m introducing some of these buyers today and relating their needs so you as a potential seller can better understand your home’s position in the market.  For all you buyers out there, I’ll also be highlighting some of our brand-new listings.
