Can You Buy Now And Sell Later?
The situation is crazy in our San Diego market.
Today I have a quick market update to share and some exciting news about a couple of partnerships I’ve entered into recently that can benefit you greatly.
First, if you’ve been paying attention to what’s going on in the San Diego market, you know things are crazy right now and sellers have the advantage. Supply is low and home values are going up. San Diego homes are expected to increase higher in value than anywhere in the U.S., which is amazing considering everything that’s happening in the world.
If you’re thinking of taking advantage of these conditions and selling your home, whether that means right now or later in the year, give me a call so we can create a plan that works according to your timeline. If you’re like many other homeowners and plan on moving out of state, we can make a plan for this as well.
Now onto my next topic. The biggest issue would-be sellers face right now is finding what to buy next. With so much competition and all the bidding wars going on out there, how are you going to find a home to purchase? It’s hard to get your offer accepted when it’s contingent on your current home selling.
Fortunately, these two partnerships I’ve entered into offer programs that solve that problem for you. They can help you buy your next home first and then sell your current one. I won’t bore you with too many details, but the programs work like this: You buy your next home, move into it, gather the necessary funds to fix up your current home while it’s vacant, and then sell it for top dollar. You won’t have to deal with the stress of being under the gun to sell your current home while buying your next one, moving twice, etc. It’s awesome, awesome, awesome for homeowners in this situation.
If you’d like to know more about these programs and how they can help you, get in touch with me. I’d love to talk more about them with you, and if they don’t align with your real estate goals, I have plenty of other options that do. I look forward to hearing from you!
